Access to and use of the betjd platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded or suspended from the betjd platform.

betjd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or equivalent government-issued document) from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution of the KYC review.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one betjd account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where betjd identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, betjd reserves the right to close all additional accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold or recoup any winnings derived from those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact betjd support immediately. betjd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Do not share your password with any person.
• Do not allow any other person to access your account on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.

You may request closure of your betjd account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. betjd reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. betjd does not accept third-party deposits. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally yours and are not derived from any criminal activity. betjd may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

• Deposits are generally credited to your betjd account within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by betjd support. betjd reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for mobile money accounts (bKash, Nagad) and within 1-3 banking days for card withdrawals.

• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an unresolved dispute or active bonus wagering requirement.

• betjd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

All bonuses and promotions offered by betjd are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all betjd bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Money laundering or using the betjd platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering as a minor or misrepresenting your age at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.

betjd provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings section or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).

betjd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betjd makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times, betjd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. betjd shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity issues, or any other service interruption beyond betjd's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjd's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. betjd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
